(SHSE:601212) from State-Owned Assets Supervision And Administration Commission Of Gansu Provincial Government for free on August 27, 2020. State-Owned Assets Supervision And Administration Commission Of Gansu Provincial Government transferred 740,477,451 state-owned shares of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals. On August 27, 2020, Baiyin Nonferrous received the "Confirmation of Transfer and Registration of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd." from Gansu Xinye Asset Operation Company. The registration procedures for the free transfer of shares have been completed.
