Balkrishna Industries Limited Recommends Final Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2023, Payable on 22 July 2023

Balkrishna Industries Limited at its board meeting held on May 27, 2023, recommended payment of Final Dividend of INR 4 per Equity Share (200%) on the Equity Shares of INR 2/- each (face value) for the year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on July 22, 2023. The final dividend once approved by Shareholders will be paid within the stipulated time after deduction of applicable tax at source. The Record Date for the purpose of payment of final dividend will be 11 July 2023.
The dividend if declared at the Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or after 22 July 2023.
Balkrishna Industries Limited is an India-based company that is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of off-highway tires (OHT) in the specialist segments, such as agricultural, industrial and construction, earthmovers and port, mining, forestry, lawn and garden and all-terrain vehicles (ATV).
