The Board has re-designated Shri Arvind M. Poddar as Chairman & Managing Director on the Board of Directors of the company with effect from May 30, 2012. The Board has appointed Smt Vijaylaxmi Poddar as Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from May 30, 2012.
