(Alliance News) - Compagnia Immobiliare Azionaria Spa reported Thursday that it closed the first half of the year with revenues of EUR142,000, which compares with EUR169,000 in the same period last year.

Ebitda is negative EUR128,000 from the negative EUR141,000 figure a year earlier while operating loss worsens, to EUR592,000 from EUR210,000.

Net loss is also bad, rising to EUR480,000 from EUR339,000.

Net financial position goes from total net debt to third parties of EUR5.2 million as of December 31, 2022 to net debt of EUR5.4 million as of June 30 this year. The company reports that in the first half of the year, negotiations to reschedule debt to Banca Popolare di Sondrio Spa totaling EUR1.1 million were successfully concluded.

CIA's stock closed Thursday down 3.8 percent at EUR0.0510 per share.
