TransUnion Netherlands II B.V. acquired 71% stake in Central de Informacion Financiera from a group of investors for approximately COP 450 million in cash on February 8, 2016. Group of investors include Bancolombia S.A. (BVC:BCOLOMBIA), Banco de Occidente, S.A., Corporación Financiera Colombiana S.A. (BVC:CORFICOLCF), Banco Comercial AV Villas S.A. (BVC:VILLAS), Citibank - Colombia S.A., Banco GNB Sudameris S.A., Banco Colpatria Red Multibanca Colpatria S.A., Banco Popular S.A. (BVC:POPULAR), Banco Caja Social S.A., Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Colombia S.A. (BVC:BBVACOL), Banco Davivienda, S.A. (BVC:PFDAVVNDA), Banco Corpbanca Colombia S.A. and Banco de Bogota S.A. (BVC:BOGOTA). Bancolombia sold 106.504 common shares of Cifin for a total amount of COP 629.563 per share, which, together with the stakes sold by the other shareholders party the sale agreement, represents in the aggregate a 71% stake in Cifin. The transaction was financed through its revolving credit facility. Inverlink acted as financial advisor to Transunion. Sergio Michelsen Jaramillo of Brigard & Urrutia Abogados acted as legal advisor for Transunion. Jaime Robledo Vásquez of Gómez-Pinzón Abogados acted as legal advisor for Banco Comercial AV Villas S.A.
