NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

DISTRIBUTION OF INTEREST ON OWN CAPITAL

Banco Pine S.A. ("Company"), informs its shareholders and the market in general that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 21, 2023, the distribution of interest on own Capital in the total gross amount of R$42,751,633.94 (forty-two million, seven hundred and fifty-one thousand, six hundred and thirty-three reais and ninety-four centavos), which represents a gross value of R$0.2333095229 for each common share and each preferential share, observing, for the purposes of determining the net value, the legal provisions relating to income tax withholding.

The values per share are estimated and may be modified due to the Fourth Exercise Period of the Subscription Bonus that is ongoing from December 1, 2023, to December 28, 2023 (inclusive) where the assigned subscription bonuses will be exercisable. to the shareholders subscribing to the shares issued within the scope of the share capital increase in accordance with the Notice to Shareholders published on 11/03/2023.

The credit of interest on own capital will occur on January 15, 2024, and will consider the shareholding position on January 8, 2024. From January 9, 2024 (inclusive), shares issued by the Company will be traded "ex" rights to interest on equity.

Payment of interest on own capital will be made through the depository institution for the shares - BTG PACTUAL Serviços FINANCEIROS S/A DTVM ("BTG Pactual"). - Through automatic credit for shareholders who have an updated registration with BTG PACTUAL Serviços FINANCEIROS S/A DTVM with their respective bank account. Shareholders who have not made this indication must update their registration form to update their registration data and subsequently receive the respective amounts to which they are entitled. The proceeds relating to shares deposited in the fungible custody of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa Balcão will be credited to that entity and the Depositing Brokers will be responsible for passing them on to shareholders and shareholders.
