Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting held on September 16^th, 2021

DATE, TIME AND PLACE: On September 16, 2021, at 9 a.m., by videoconference, the Board of Directors of Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. ('Company' or 'Santander') has met, with the attendance of all of its members.

CALL NOTICE AND ATTENDANCE: The call was waived in view of the attendance of all members of the Board of Directors.

MEETING BOARD: Álvaro Antônio Cardoso de Souza, President. Daniel Pareto, Secretary.

AGENDA: To resolve on the appointment of the Company's Ombudsman for a new term.

RESOLUTIONS: Made the necessary clarifications, the attending members of the Board of Directors unanimously approved, in accordance with article 17, XX, of the Company's Bylaws, the appointment of Ms. Monique Silvano Arantes Bernardes, Brazilian citizen, married, lawyer, bearer of Identity Card RG nº 95872800 IFP/RJ, registered with the Individual Taxpayers' Roll ('CPF/ME') nº 029.366.257-69, with office at Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 2041 - CJ 281, Bloco A, Cond. W Torre JK, Vila Nova Conceição, CEP 04543-011, current Ombudsman of the Company, for a new term of 1 (one) year starting on September 22, 2021.

The appointment of Ms. Monique Silvano Arantes Bernardes was favourably recommended by the Nomination and Governance Committee, according to the meeting held on August 10, 2021.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further matters to be resolved, the Meeting was finalized, and these minutes have been prepared, which were read, approved, and signed by all the attendees.
