Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based asset management company. Its business is the purchase or transfer of non-performing loans (NPLs) and non-performing assets (NPAs) for management or for further disposal or transfer. It purchases the NPLs from the financial institutions and financial business operators in Thailand and manages the NPLs by negotiation for debt restructuring with the debtors to find a suitable agreement for every party. It has various kinds of NPAs dissipated nationwide, such as empty lands, hotels, factories, commercial buildings, residential units, detached houses, townhouses and others. It accepts the transfer from debtors transferring property for debt settlement, auction of the Legal Execution Department and financial institutions. It also manages NPAs, which are empty land hotels, commercial buildings, and residences in a type of detached house, townhouse and condominium and moveable properties and other securities.
