Bank Hapoalim B. M. ("the Bank") updates that on 22.4.2021 there were received a statement of claim and an application for the approval of an action as a class action that were filed against the Bank and another bank with the District Court of Tel Aviv. It is alleged in the application, inter alia, that charging a fee per line (a fee for recording a transaction or a fee for administering a transaction) in relation to customers defined as a large business is against the law and the provisions of the scale of charges and constitutes overcharging, and that no disclosure was given in respect thereof. Alternatively, it is alleged that the price of the fee is exaggerated. The application does not specify any amount of group damage.
