Bank of Alexandria SAE (AlexBank) is an Egypt-based joint stock company engaged in the provision of banking and investment services. The Bank offers its services through four business segments: the Large, medium, and small enterprises (SMEs) segment includes the activities of current accounts, deposits, overdraft accounts, loans, credit facilities and financial derivatives; the Investment segment includes the activities of companies’ mergers, the purchase of investments, financing of company restructuring and financial instruments; the Retail segment includes current and savings accounts, deposits, credit cards, personal loans and mortgage loans, and the Other activities segment includes other types of banking business activities, such as treasury management. The Bank operates through its head office located in Cairo and a network of 210 branches across Egypt.
