Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the Bank) is a Thailand-based commercial bank. The Bank conducts its business through a network of branches across Thailand and other countries. It has three segments: Retail, Commercial and Others. Retail segment provides individual customers with a diverse range of banking and related financial services. The products and services available to customers include current and savings accounts, fixed deposits, bill of exchange, housing loans, credit cards, personal loans and sale finance loans, hire-purchase and leasing, wealth management and bancassurance products. Commercial segment provides financial services and products to institutional clients, including corporate, small and medium-sized businesses and financial institutions. Its products and services comprise the full range of credit facilities from short-term working capital, cash management, trade finance, transactional banking, advisory services, and treasury and money markets products.
