Approval of the Application of the Initial Public Offering

of A Shares of Investee Company by the Issuance

Examination Committee of CSRC

The Bank published Voluntary Announcement-Acceptance of the Application of the Initial Public Offering of A Shares of Investee Company by CSRC on 14 December 2018. Recently, the Bank has understood from its investee company, BOC International (China) Co., Ltd. ("BOCI China"), that the application of its initial public offering and listing of A shares has been considered and approved at the 2019 187th meeting of the Eighteenth Issuance Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") on 28 November 2019.

The Bank will continuously pay attention to the progress of the initial public offering and listing of A shares of BOCI China and make further announcement(s) when appropriate. Investors shall exercise caution when making investment decisions and mind the risks of investments.
