CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky., Nov. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (the "Company") (Nasdaq: BKYF), the holding company of The Bank of Kentucky, Inc., announced today that it has upsized and priced a public offering of 1,535,294 shares of common stock at $17.00 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $26.1 million. The size of the offering has been increased from the previously announced $21 million. The Company has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 230,294 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any, at the offering price for potential additional gross proceeds of approximately $3.9 million. The Company expects to close the sale of the shares of common stock on or about November 22, 2010, subject to customary closing conditions. Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated is acting as the sole book-running manager.
