Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. Announces Qualification Approval of Jing Zailun as Chairman, Executive Director, Chairman of Strategy Committee, Member of Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, Network Security and Information Technology Committee

Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. announced that it has received the Approval of JING ZAILUN's Qualification by the CBIRC Qingdao Office (Qing Yin Bao Jian Fu [2022] No. 211) [2022]211) on July 21, 2022, in which the Qingdao Office of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved the qualification of Jing Zailun as the chairman of the Bank. According to relevant requirements, Jing Zailun has served as the chairman of the Board, executive director and the chairman of the Strategy Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Network Security and Information Technology Committee of the Board of the Bank since 21 July 2022.
