The Barings Global Short Duration High Yield Fund announced its monthly dividend for December 2022 of $0.1056 per share, payable on January 3, 2023. Based on the Fund's November 30, 2022 share price of $13.62 per share, the distribution represents an annualized yield of 9.30% per share. Based on current projections through the payable date, the Fund expects that this distribution will be comprised of net investment income.
In addition, the Fund announced estimated monthly distributions of $0.1056per share for January 2023 and February 2023. The distribution schedule to pay on January 3, 2023, February 1,2023 and March 1, 2023 with ex-date of December 20, 2022, January 20, 2022 and February 16, 2023 with record date of December 21, 2022, January 23, 2022 and February 17, 2023 respectively.

The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek as high a level of current income as the advisor determines is consistent with capital preservation. It seeks capital appreciation as a secondary investment objective. It will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in bonds, loans and other income-producing instruments that are rated below investment grade. Barings LLC serves as an investment advisor to the Fund.
