Cologne, 19 October 2017. The Supervisory Board of Bastei Lübbe AG, listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has appointed Carel Halff as a member of the Management Board with effect from 1 November 2017. As Chief Executive Officer, Halff will assume overall responsibility for the Group.
Carel Halff was Chief Executive Officer of the Weltbild Group. Following his work at Weltbild, Halff supported various companies as a member of the supervisory board, manager, and consultant in the further strategic development.
