Zhang Juxing and Li Zhaojie Announce Will Not Stand for Re-Election as Directors of Beijing Capital Land

Beijing Capital Land Ltd. announced that Mr. Zhang Juxing and Mr. Li Zhaojie will retire from their office as executive Director (for Mr. Zhang) and independent non-executive Director (for Mr. Li Zhaojie) respectively and will not seek for re-election at the EGM.
