Hefei Kdlian Safety Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 60,000,000 in an equity round of funding on March 24, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Beijing Global Safety Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300523)20 and will retain its 100% stake in the company. Post closing of the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 100,000,000 to CNY 170,000,000.
Beijing Global Safety Technology Co Ltd is a company mainly engaged in design, production and sales of emergency platform software and supporting products. The Company's businesses include emergency platform software and supporting products, emergency platform equipment products, technical services, fire safety platforms and supporting products, as well as construction engineering. The emergency platform software and supporting products include the emergency command integrated business system, data exchange and sharing system, as well as meteorological early warning and publishing system. The Company's products and services are used in public safety, urban safety, fire safety, environmental safety and industrial safety. The Company operates its businesses in both domestic and international markets, including Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia and other countries.
