Genvon Group Limited Announces Resignation of Ang Siu Lun, Lawrence as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Nomination Committee of the Company and Member of Remuneration and Audit Committee

The board of directors of Genvon Group Limited announced that Mr. Ang Siu Lun, Lawrence (Mr. Ang) has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, chairman of nomination committee of the company and member of remuneration and audit committee of the company with effect from May 23, 2014 as Mr. Ang considered that he has served the company for nearly nine years.
