Bekaert Approves Appointment of Grégory Dalle as Director; Approves Distribution of A Gross Dividend, Payable on 19 May 2015

Bekaert approved the appointment of Mr. Grégory Dalle as Director for a term of four years, until the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2019, at its AGM held on May 13, 2015.

In the meeting approved the distribution of a gross dividend of EUR 0.85 per share. The dividend ex-date is 15 May 2015. The dividend will be payable on 19 May 2015.
