Belle Corporation announced that Mr. Jaime J. Bautista a independent directors, has tendered his resignation as such effective June 29, 2022. Mr. Bautista is expected to be formally appointed as Secretary of the Department of Transportation when the incoming President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. assumes office tomorrow, June 30, 2022.
