RESOLUTION PASSED AT THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM")

Pursuant to Rule 704(16) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST"), the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Best World International Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 23 March 2022 and put to the meeting as ordinary resolution was passed on poll vote via proxy voting at the EGM held by way of electronic means on 7 April 2022.
