As previously announced, Betsson AB (publ) (the "Company") has issued subsequent senior unsecured bonds of EUR 10,000,000 (the "Bonds") under the Company's outstanding framework of EUR 250,000,000 with ISIN SE0017769672.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions for the Bonds, the Company has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. For this purpose, the Company has applied for admission to trading of the Bonds and the first day of trading of the Bonds is estimated to be around 30 August 2022.
