Beyond Commerce, Inc. announced that it has entered into simple agreement with Cityfreighter Inc. for the issue of Simple Agreement for Future Equity for the gross proceeds of $250,000 on November 23, 2021. The round will be raised at post money valuation of $7,500,000.
Beyond Commerce, Inc. is primarily focused on the acquisition of big data companies in the business-to-business (B2B) Internet marketing analytics, technologies, and services. The Company is engaged in developing and deploying disruptive strategic software technology that will build on the organic growth potential and exploit cross-selling opportunities.
