Supplementary Immediate Report - Signing of an amendment to the special collective agreement dated December 5, 2006

Further to the Company's immediate report dated June 22, 2023, regarding the approval of the principles of the amendment to the special collective agreement dated December 5, 2006 between the Company, the Employees' Union, and the Histadrut New General Federation of Labor (the "Collective Agreement") by the Company's board of directors, and further to the Company's immediate report dated September 14, 2023, regarding the approval of the amendment to the Collective Agreement by the general meeting of the Company's shareholders, a supplementary immediate report is hereby issued, according to which the Amendment to the Collective Agreement was signed on September 18, 2023.

Further to the Company's immediate report dated June 22, 2023, the Company is expected to record a non-recurring provision in its financial statements for the third quarter of 2023, in the amount of NIS 75 million for the entire amount of the bonus for change of control.
