DAYLI BlockChain Co.,LTD. (KOSDAQ:A139050) agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Coocha Co., Ltd. from Yello Mobile Inc. for KRW 2 billion on August 20, 2020. DAYLI BlockChain receives in-kind investments in common stock of Coocha Co., Ltd. owned by Yello Mobile Inc. In return for this, DAYLI BlockChain will proceed with a paid-in capital increase in the form of a third-party allocation that issues our common stock. Number of shares expected to be paid are 1895.
