Maple Investment Partners has been selected as the preferred bidder to acquire 33.5% stake in Carelabs Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A263700) from DAYLI BlockChain Co.,LTD. (KOSDAQ:A139050) and Yello Mobile Inc. on March 13, 2020. Under the current plan, Maple will acquire, bond warrants and convertible bonds by financial investors that exercise tag-along rights.
