Bharat Forge Limited announced that by Postal Ballot the approval of Mr. Amit Kalyani as Whole-time Director designated as Vice-Chairman and Joint Managing Director of the Company. The appointment of Mr. Amit Kalyani as Vice-Chairman and Joint Managing Director is for a period of five (5) consecutive years with effect from May 11, 2024 to May 10, 2029 (both inclusive), liable to retire by rotation, with authority to the Board to alter his designation including elevation as deemed fit, on the recommendations of the NRC and subject to such other approvals, as may be required.
Bharat Forge Limited is an India-based global provider of safety and critical components and solutions to various sectors including automotive, railways, defense, construction and mining, aerospace, marine, and oil and gas. The Company's segments include Forgings and Others. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing, assembling and selling of forged and machined components, including aluminum castings for the auto and industrial sector.
