Invitation to BHG Group's Capital Markets Day 14 May 2024

BHG Group hereby invites analysts, investors and media to its very first Capital Markets Day on 14 May 2024 at Nordic Nest HQ in Kalmar, Sweden.

The Capital Markets Day will include presentations by CEO Gustaf Öhrn and CFO Jesper Flemme as well as in-depth presentations of the respective Group Business Units. Home Improvement by Mikael Hagman and Emma Pålsson, Premium Living by Bank Bergström and Value Home by Christian Eriksson and David Olhed. The presentations will be held in English.

Program (CET):
09:30-15:00 Presentations by BHG Group management. The event also includes a tour at Nordic Nest's automated fulfilment center in Kalmar.

Participation:
 The Capital Markets Day is a hybrid event. Participants are welcome to participate physically at Nordic Nest AB in Kalmar, Sweden or digitally.
If you intend to participate physically, you are asked to register by notifying your attendance to Jakob Nylin, Head of Investor Relations of BHG Group at jakob.nylin@bhggroup.se, no later than 6 May 2024. To attend digitally no registration is required. The link to the webcast will be available on BHG Group's website. All presentations will be held in English.

The event has been scheduled to make it possible for flights to/from Stockholm/Kalmar.
