The Company operates through four segments: Property development; Engineering, construction and quarry; Leisure, and Investment holding. The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Engineering, construction and quarry segment operates as a civil engineering contractor, building and general contractor and granite. Its services include construction project management, general contracting, design & build, and pre-construction planning. The Leisure segment is engaged in the business of golf resort owner and operator, and indoor and outdoor recreation. The Investment holding segment is engaged in the provision of management services and others. The Company's subsidiaries include BDB Land Sdn. Bhd., BDB Synergy Sdn. Bhd. and BDB Infra Sdn. Bhd.
