Blackmores Limited Appoints Lyn Nikolopoulos as Joint Company Secretary, Effective 28 October 2022

Blackmores Limited announced in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, the appointment of Ms. Lyn Nikolopoulos as Joint Company Secretary effective 28 October 2022. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms. Nikolopoulos will be co-responsible for communications with the ASX effective 28 October 2022. Helen Mediati remains Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Blackmores.
