Zhang Zanfeng agreed to acquire additional 47% stake in Xi’an Lituo Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd. from Shaanxi J&R Optimum Energy Co., Ltd (SZSE:300116) for CNY 0.94 million on April 24, 2017. Post-acquisition, Shaanxi J&R Optimum Energy Co., Ltd will hold 4% stake and Zhang Zanfeng will hold 92% stake in Xi’an Lituo Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2016, Xi’an Lituo Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd. reported total revenues of CNY 2.189 million, total assets of CNY 3.736 million, operating loss of CNY 0.385 million, net loss of CNY 0.384 million and net assets of CNY 1.535 million.
