Blue Cap AG (XTRA:B7E) agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Neschen AG (DB:NSN) on May 19, 2016. Blue Cap was the winner in the selling process. The agreement is subject to the release declarations of Sandton Financing III (Luxemburg) S.à.r.l. and J.P. Morgan Dublin plc.
Likewise the committee of creditors must accept the agreement. The deal is expected to be completed on June 30, 2016. Arndt Geiwitz acted as trustee for Neschen AG.
