UPDATE OF DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION PROVISION OF LOAN FACILITY TO AN INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY

References are made to the announcements of PYI Corporation Limited (the "Company") dated 2 March 2018 and 20 June 2018 respectively (the "Previous Announcements") in relation to a discloseable transaction regarding provision of a loan facility of HK$150,000,000 by an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Treasure Capital Finance Limited (the "Lender"), to an independent third party (the "Borrower"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms defined in the Previous Announcements shall have the same meaning when used in this announcement.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that upon continuous effort of the Lender, the Outstanding Balance together with further accrued interest in the aggregate sum of approximately HK$43.6 million was repaid in full by the Borrower on 18 July 2018. Accordingly, the Lender will discontinue the legal action which has been commenced against the Borrower.
