American Process Inc. agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Western Biomass Energy, LLC from Blue Sugars Corporation (OTCPK:KLEG) and others for $1.2 million on July 2, 2013. The transaction is subject to approval by the US Bankruptcy Court. The US Bankruptcy Court gave an order granting the conversion of Chapter 11 reorganization case of Western Biomass Energy, LLC to liquidation under Chapter 7 on August 1, 2013.

Blue Sugars Corporation (Blue Sugars), formerly KL Energy Corporation, develops and commercializes technology to convert biomass into ethanol, fermentable sugars and lignin.
