Blue Thunder Mining Inc. (TSXV:BLUE) entered into an agreement to acquire Package of 11 exploration properties in the Yukon Territory from Chad Williams for CAD 1.2 million on July 7, 2023. The transaction is subjected to the completion of due diligence, board approval of both holdco and Blue thunder and the TSX approval.
