On July 22, 2020, Bluegreen Vacations Corporation (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $1.19 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable August 21, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on August 6, 2020. A copy of the press release announcing the special cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
