GO Data Centre Services Limited entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire 51% stake in Kinetix I T Solutions Limited on November 13, 2015. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval being obtained. Following the completion of the transaction, GO Data Centre Services Limited will hold a controlling interest in Kinetix IT Solutions Limited.
