BNK Banking Corporation Limited announced the appointment of Judith Newman as Interim Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of
Andrew Kitchen. Ms. Newman's appointment is effective immediately and on an interim basis while BNK finalises a permanent replacement for Mr. Kitchen. Ms. Newman, a Chartered Accountant with 35 years of experience across a varied range of industries, joined BNK in 2018. She was appointed Financial Controller in 2022, where she oversaw BNK's operational finance team and supported the Company across many operational and governance programs. Ms. Newman commenced her career in London with the National Westminster Bank Plc. She has worked for international organizations in the UK and US, including Shell International Ltd. and a Bio Tech IP organisation, where she led the design and development of a new financial system to consolidate cross border and currency reporting obligations. She holds an MBA from Deakin University.
