Change of the publication date of annual reports for 2020

With reference to the current report no. 1/2021 dated 4 January 2021, the Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. hereby announces the change of the publication date of the consolidated and standalone annual reports for the year 2020.
The consolidated and standalone annual reports of the Bank's Group and the Bank for the year 2020 will be published on 26 February 2021.
It constitutes the change of the publication date of the above reports, which in the current report no. 1/2021 dated 4 January 2021 was set for 9 March 2021.
Legal basis
§ 80 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states.
