BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported net interest income was PLN 1,156.59 million compared to PLN 759.69 million a year ago. Net income was PLN 257.67 million compared to PLN 131.96 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 1.75 compared to PLN 0.89 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 1.75 compared to PLN 0.89 a year ago.
For the six months, net interest income was PLN 2,160.51 million compared to PLN 1,493.18 million a year ago. Net income was PLN 535.41 million compared to PLN 295.94 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 3.63 compared to PLN 2.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 3.63 compared to PLN 2.01 a year ago.
