Zhang Zhichao singed a Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 5% stake in Bode Energy Equipment Co., Ltd (SZSE:300023) from Zhao Min for approximately CNY 110 million on March 9, 2022. Zhang Zhichao shall pay the consideration in installments or in one lump sum to the collection account designated by Zhao Min within one month from the effective date of this agreement to acquire 15.8 million shares in Bode Energy Equipment at CNY 7.2 per share.
