An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 51% stake in Bohai Clarios Electric Co., Ltd from Bohai Automotive Systems CO., LTD. (SHSE:600960) for approximately CNY 220 million on August 3, 2020. On December 23, 2020, the Company received Enterprise State-Owned Assets Transaction Certificate from the China Beijing Equity Exchange, confirming the transaction. There is a certain degree of uncertainty as to whether this equity transfer will be completed before December 31, 2020.
