A third party signed a agreement to acquire 52.35% stake in 4 properties of the Matrix portfolio in Baden Wurttemberg, Bavaria and North Rhine Westphalia from Brack Capital Properties N.V. (TASE:BCNV) for €66.5 million on September 23, 2016. The four properties generated €4.5 million as annual rental and operating income of €4 million. The transaction is subject to producing documents evidencing the cancellation of senior pledges. Completion is expected to occur in December 2016.
