The Company has purchased shares in accordance with the Company's ordinary share buyback programme announced to the market on 16 August 2016 (the "announcement"). As detailed in this announcement, shares purchased are held to reduce the capital of the Company or to meet the obligations of the Convertible Bonds as they become due.
