NOTICE TO MEMBERS - APPOINTMENTS

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the following appointments:

Mr. Michael Nicholson (Mike) is appointed to the post of Financial Director with effect from 6 June 2022. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the industry having begun his career at Ernst & Young. He has worked extensively in the corporate finance field and is involved in financial management and portfoliostructuring for a number of clients. He currently provides accountingand advisory services for various businesses in the farming, logistics,and construction sectors.

Ms. Sithulisiwe Ncube (Thuli) is appointed to the post of Company Secretary with effect from 6 June 2022. She is a registered legal practitioner with 8 years' experience. Her focus, interests, and skills are centered on commercial legal advisory services, corporate governance, and compliance. Her experience emanates from private practice and litigation, construction, and land developmentservices, as well as corporate advisory services. She is

1. member ofthe Law Society of Zimbabwe and the Zimbabwe Women Lawyer'sAssociation.
