Brightcom Group Limited announced that it will issue 119,625,000 shares at issue price of INR 31.17 per share for gross proceeds of INR 3,728,711,250 on July 13, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Citrus Global Arbitrage Fund for 21,000,000 shares, Calypso Global Investment Fund for 20,000,000 shares, Navigator Emerging Market Fund for 20,000,000 shares, Connecor Investment Enterprises Ltd for 20,000,000 shares, LGOF Global Opportunities Limited for 20,000,000 shares, Kamala Bai for 150,00,000 shares, Nivedita Saha for 2,245,000 shares, Arunangshu Ghosh and Dipankar Bonnerjee for 320,000 shares, Parul Sunil Chawda, Manoj Sunil Chawda, Aakanksha M Chawda, Hardik Sunil Chawda for 160,000 shares each, and Arpitha Raya and G R Anasuya for 50,000 shares each. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
