Britvic : Vanshikrishna Suvarna joins Britvic plc as Chief Information and Transformational Officer

Britvic plc is delighted to announce the appointment of Vanshikrishna (Vanshi) Suvarna as Chief Information and Transformational Officer. Vanshi will lead the IT, data and analytics function for the business as well as deliver cross-functional transformation programmes. He will be an integral part of the plc executive team.

Vanshi brings a wealth of multi-national experience gained within the consumer goods industry (Anheuser-Busch InBev, SABMiller) and construction sectors where he led strategic transformation programmes.

Vanshi's appointment follows the decision by Sudeep Shetty to move on from Britvic to take on new responsibilities as an Operating Partner at US private equity firm, One Rock Capital Partners. Sudeep joined Britvic in 2016 as IT Transformation Director, before becoming Chief Technology Officer in 2018 and Chief Information Officer in 2020. He then joined the Britvic plc executive team in 2022 as Chief Information and Transformational Officer. In this role, Sudeep helped transform the way Britvic operates through the delivery of future technological and digital change programmes.
