Bros Eastern Co.,Ltd (SHSE:601339) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000,000 shares, representing 1.85% of the total share capital for a maximum amount of CNY 27.78 million. The shares will be repurchased at the price not more than CNY 5.40 per share. The purpose of the program is to provide ESOP and/or equity incentives. The program will be valid for 12 months.
