Effective February 8, 2021, Anthony T. Strianese, Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Wholesale Brokerage Segment of Brown & Brown, Inc. (the "Company"), has taken a temporary medical leave of absence. Other executive officers of the Company will assume his management duties during his absence and will remain in their current positions while carrying out such additional responsibilities.
